Every piece of jewellery that we make is certified for authenticity by third-party international laboratories namely Diamond and Gem Laboratories of America (DGLA). All Solitaire diamonds are certified by GIA, IGI.

A diamond is evaluated, measured, and inspected, with the help of apt standard tools, akin to a jeweller’s loupe and microscope, employed for the purpose. Post this evaluation, gemmologists create a certificate, also known as Diamond Grading Report or Diamond Quality Document.

Absolutely not. The price that you see on our website is the final price you have to pay. This price includes all applicable Taxes. You will be provided with a Tax invoice along with your order. Any other charges will be borne by Kama Jewellery.

Is there an EMI option on Jewellery purchases?

We heard your request!
A lot of our customers have asked us can they purchase their favourite jewellery in instalments or on EMI. As promised, we are happy to announce the launch of our EMI Plan, in association with Zest Money. The new EMI plans very convenient and affordable, and owning jewellery has never been this easy!

What is Zest EMI?

Zest offers a digital-platform to enable simple and seamless personal loans to help you pay for your purchases through easy instalments.

How do I buy a piece of jewellery on EMI?

  • The process has never been this simple! Select the jewellery of your choice and add it to your cart
  • Choose the Zest payment option at checkout. You will be redirected to Zest Money.
  • Fill in the form with your details and complete the order
  • Zest representatives will collect your documents to process the EMI, process them, and the order will be confirmed.

    Why do I need to make a down payment?

    What is the value I can take on EMI?
    EMI is currently available for select products from Rs 10,000/- to Rs 1,50,000/-

    How is the down payment calculated
    The down payment is 30% of the actual product price. Also 2% processing fees need to paid upfront.

    How many instalments can I have?
    We have instalment plans for 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. Additionally, you can create your own EMI Plan

    Where can I see the EMI breakup?
    For all products eligible for EMI, you can see the break-up and the plan details on the product page

    Is there EMI on Gold?
    Unfortunately, you can’t avail EMI facility on products in which the gold metal weight is more than 20%

    What happens if I cancel my order?
    In case of returns or cancellations, the customer will get refund up to the extent of instalment paid and the balance will be transferred to Zest Money

    Do I need to have a bank account to access ZestMoney’s services?
    Yes. You need to have an active bank account to use ZestMoney because as monthly repayments are linked to the account.

    What are the eligibility criteria?
    To use ZestMoney, you must be over 18, Indian and have a bank account and PAN card. A credit card is not mandatory.

    Is my personal data safe with ZestMoney?

    How much time does it take for my Jewellery to be made and delivered?

    We try to unite you with your new possession as early as possible. Each order is custom manufactured for you after you place an order. Normally, it takes about 7-10 working days from the day the order is placed for the product to be delivered to your doorstep. If you have a customized order, this time could vary.     How is my Jewellery shipped? Is it free?

    We have tied up with multiple reputed logistics partners like Aramex and Malca Amit to deliver the Jewellery at your doorstep. Shipping and Delivery is absolutely free for all orders.

    How is my Jewellery Packed?

    Your Jewellery is packed in an attractive, tamperproof jewellery box and delivered in a weatherproof package.

    What is the difference between Shipping and Delivery?

    Shipping is the process of Manufacturing, Packing and Dispatching of your Jewellery from our manufacturing unit. Delivery is the time taken for your Jewellery to reach you once it has been dispatched on our end.

    How can i track my order status?

    If you have an account on Kamajewellery.com, you can track your order by logging into your account and click on the ‘My Order’s section.

    We fully insure each order all the way to your doorstep. This means your shipment is risk-free in transit. It is important that the authorized person accepts the package and only receives it if it is sealed and not tampered with. If you receive a tampered package please call us on 1800-102-9585 at the time of delivery.

    Is it possible to receive shipment on holidays?

    Delivery dates of your order depends on various factors like your location, date of dispatch and logistic company. Call us on 1800-102-9585 to discuss the possibility of delivery on a date of your choice.

    Is it possible to make customized jewellery?

    At Kama Jewellery, we will always try our best to fulfil your requests. You may speak to our Jewellery consultant on 1800 102 9585 (Toll Free) or email us on support@kamajewellery.com with the customization that you may require. We will be glad to customize the piece of jewellery for you. If customization for a particular design is not possible, the consultant will suggest alternatives that best suit your requirements.

    Is it possible to place an order for a piece of jewellery in a different metal colour?

    Yes. Please call us on 1800-102-585 or email us at support@kamajewellery.com to make any customization requests and we will be happy to assist you with all the customization options.

    Exchange, Returns & Buy Back

    Is it possible to return my purchase?

    You don’t have to live with it! We have a hassle-free 15-day return policy that allows you sufficient time to decide whether or not you want to keep your new priced belonging! Should you decide to return, we’ll be happy to help you with the process. Call us on 1800-102-9585 to make a Return request. Make sure you maintain the product with the original security tag, label and certificate in it’s original condition (not used, damaged or altered). Nominal shipping and handling charges will apply which will be deducted from the final refund amount. Our Customer Service team will inform you of the charges in advance. Please note that we will not be able to take back any products with custom design or engraving.

    What if any of the tags or certificates is missing?

    Any jewellery ordered with a diamond grading certificate or appraisal must accompany the returned item. A nominal fee will be charged in case duplicate certificates need to be printed.

    Is 100% of the amount refunded?

    Once your returned jewellery has been received and inspected by us, you will receive a call from our Jewellery manager confirming the return. You now have 2 options to choose from –

    • Credit Note – We will give you a credit note worth 100% of the amount of your purchase. You may redeem this credit note at any point for a period of 6 months to make a purchase on Kamajewellery.com or any of our stores. The Credit Note will be issued to you within 24 hours.
    • Cash Refund – You can opt for a refund via Cheque or Direct transfer to your account. This normally takes 7 Working days.

    Can rings be resized if they don’t fit well?

    Yes, We will resize it for you. If you find the ring you purchased doesn’t fit you, call us on 1800-102-9585 or send a request for resizing to support@kamajewellery.com. We will arrange for a pick up within 7 working days from the day the request is made and the ring will be delivered within the next 7 working days.

    Is it possible to exchange jewellery?

    Yes. We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on our Jewellery. Exchange value is calculated as 100% of prevailing gold rate and 95% of prevailing diamond rate. For more details call us on 1800-102-9585 or email us at support@kamajewellery.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

    Is there an option of buy back?

    We offer a Lifetime Buy Back option for all jewellery purchased on Kamajewellery.com or any of our stores. A cheque equivalent to 90% of the exchange value will be sent to you within 7 working days. To know more call our Jewellery Manager on 1800-102-9585

    Is exchange and buyback available on gold coins?

    No, we do not offer exchange or buyback on gold coins.

    Yes, All Jewellery is certified for authenticity by third-party international laboratory namely Diamond and Gem Laboratories of America(DGLA). All the product details like diamond weight, gold weight are mentioned on the certificate.

    What are conflict-free diamonds?

    In certain countries, diamonds are illegally traded in war zones to raise funds for activities against government. Kama Jewellery is against sourcing diamonds the illegal way and strictly adheres to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme.

    Is all Kama Jewellery hallmarked?

    Yes, we hallmark every piece of Jewellery we manufacture to ensure that all our products are of required metal karatage.
